Expanding Horizons

In 2023, our farm flourished, and we are eager to share its beauty with our members and subscribers. Our commitment to knowledge includes transparency about our farm's origins and practices. Utilizing natural methods, we tend to our plants from seed to harvest. For two years, we cultivated an eighth-acre plot at the Legends Farm site alongside other farm businesses. In 2024, we will expand onto two additional plots, enhancing our impact and providing more vegetables for our CSA members, local food banks, and WIC stores in our community. We invite you to join us in 2024 as we cultivate more fruits, vegetables, greens, melons, and herbs, sharing our healthy, fresh produce with the community. Visit our shop to learn more!

Growth and Rewards: Embracing The Beginnings

Harvest time is an exciting and magical experience, but the start of every growing season holds its own rewards. Although there's a lot of pressure to get our farm ready and ensure a bountiful harvest for our CSA members, there's also immense fulfillment in cultivating our grow beds with nutrient-rich soil and compost. Watching seedlings emerge from the ground and witnessing young plants grow together creates a thrilling sense of anticipation for the upcoming season. Despite challenges, both the beginning and harvest periods offer their unique joys in nurturing nature's bounty. As we enter our second season as a farm, we embrace the early stages of growth and appreciate the journey ahead. We are young farmers nurturing young seedlings, cherishing each step in our evolution. The fruits of our greatest labors lie before us, and we eagerly anticipate their arrival while enjoying this foundational period for both ourselves and our crops.
